Ubuntu 16.04 GUI Freezing on the Dell PowerEdge R730

We are trying to install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS , Desktop Edition or GUI at Dell Power Edge R730. But after successful installation system graphic are freezing and mouse movement is very slow. While I found xorg consuming 80-90% load on server.

Can you help me to understand the issue ?

Why not choosing the server edition (without GUI) for your server?

For such demand by customer, He needs GUI version
