Asked by K Bhaskar

Hi,

I'm not able to connect my wifi network and as well not working any function keys on ubuntu 14.04 LTS (we are using Thinkpad L460 Model). i'm using linux-image-3.13.0-117-generic_3.13.0-117 kernal version.

Is there any available to install wifi and function key drivers on ubuntu without update higher kernal version.

Please help me on this.

Hello,
3.13 kernel is relatively old to your hardware (2016), you can try to install the proprietary driver if it needs one.
If it's using the driver from the kernel, you will need to upgrade it.

Thanks
