Hello,
For the "file not found" issue you mentioned here, is that a Ubuntu ISO file? If yes, which version of Ubuntu you're trying to download?

I believe he is referring to the broken links on certification.ubuntu.com. I've filed a bug to address this, the website is generating broken links for Power systems since the ISOs seem to have disappeared (the handling of them after the next point release is apparently inconsistent). I'm trying to track the issue down but will not have time to really dive in until next week.

Can you help with this problem?
