Feedback on the Dell Latitude E5450 - Houston 14 BDW

Installed Ubuntu 16.04 on Dell Latitude E5450 successfully. Reboot/restart does not work. The system shuts down instead of reboot. Please help to resolve this issue. Ubuntu is my favorite OS
