My laptop keeps freezing again and again , i have called dell technical support and they say there is nothing wrong with the hardware.

Hello,

A couple questions to start with:
1. Did your laptop came with Ubuntu pre-installed on it?
2. What version of Ubuntu you're using right now, please run `lsb_release -a & uname -r` command in a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and paste the result back here.
