Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 5458 - Tulip BDW 14

I am new user of dell ubuntu and in the first log in on the system, it dont let me create a new user. So I only can use the Guest Session and it is giving me a hart time in the fist experience with the ubuntu.

Despite serch a lot for way of solve this problem in the net, I havent found any answer that work.

Hi, thanks for your feedback.

Is it your laptop an Ubuntu pre-installed laptop? That is, it is pre-installed Ubuntu when you bought the laptop. If yes, this should not happen. The image may be break. You may:

1. go to the BIOS, and try to boot from the recovery partition (2nd partition of your disk) and recovery your system. WARNING: this operation will destroy all data of your disk.

2. if you are not sure how to do things like the bullet 1, please contact Dell to provide the pre-installed image to you. Or request to have a new system from Dell.
