Hello,
This sounds like a bug, please open a bug report with "ubuntu-bug linux" in a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) for it.

Suspend doesn't work on my Inspiron 5567 either. Was a bug filed somewhere?

I think you can open a bug report, don't worry about duplicates, others will triage for you.
