Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 7559 - Pandora SKL

Hello, I am new to Linux.
I am having a problem when trying to install Ubuntu to UEFI on my Dell 7559.
When I boot the Ubuntu OS from my pen drive, I choose "Install Ubuntu"
The setup then freezes on the loading page. Called splash screen [1]. I really want to install Ubuntu on my system, but I cannot. I want to dual boot. I know how to dual boot but the setup freezes.

My specs are
i. i7 Skylake Quad Core
ii. 8GB RAM
iii. nVidia Geforce GTA 960M
iv. 1TB hard disk.
