Ubuntu Installtion Problem, Internal Error

I purchased 11 nos. Dell Desktop Optiplex 3040 with Ubuntu 14.04 on 20 Aug 2016 and since starting it is not working properly, all System hang problem many times in a day and i want to reinstall Ubuntu again but i getting an system internal error What I do that ?
