Feedback on the Lenovo ThinkPad T460s - Thorpe

I tried to purchase a thinkpad T460s directly from Lenovo and neither their website nor the customer support indicates it's possible to purchase any Thinkpad model with ubuntu preinstalled.

Is there really a certified build for the Thinkpad T460s and where would I find it?
