I guess you are referring to this one: http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201602-20819/ right?
Thinkpad 4th gen ships with the Intel Skylake CPU, so this is the one. And we only have the i5 version certified here.

For certificates, please note that they are certified with "pre-installed Ubuntu". Standard Ubuntu image may not work well on it.
