Hi. I'm afraid I don't really understand the question you've asked. However, to point you in the right direction for support, please see the attached FAQ answer which will give you both paid and free options for technical support.

As an aside, I have a Lenovo RS140 and it has no problems installing Ubuntu 14.04 or later (I've never tried 12.04 on this machine). I use it as a testbed/development system frequently, so it is installed and re-installed at least once a week.
