Feedback on the Lenovo IBM System x3100 M5 (Intel Series v2)

I have recently purchased x3100 M5 v3 server. and trying to install bios RAID 1. I have configured BIOS RAID 1. It is showing array and started ubuntu server 12.04.5 installation. Getting the error message RAIDraid1 readonly and operation not permitted to write on disk after partition creation.

Please help us to solve this problem.
