Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 5459 - Tulip 14 SKL

I have installed Ubuntu 14.04 on my new laptop.It is freezing while shutdown,restart, suspend the system.

This is the error screen i am getting.

Hi,
please try to install the proprietary video driver (if available),
most of the time this kind of issue is related to the video card.
