Feedback on the HP 250 G1 Notebook PC - HDD is missing when installing new windows on new HDD.

Dear Sir,

I have a HP 250 G1 Notebook PC. It was preinstall windows 8 on the HDD.

Unfortunately my HDD has crashed. I have bought a new HDD when i'm trying to install windows, I can't see the new HDD to install fresh copy of windows on it.

I have used DVD and Usb for installation... but same problem,

Please can you help me?
