WIFI and System Freeze on Dell Inspiron 7559 - Pandora SKL

Hi,

i have installed Ubuntu 14.04.3 on my dell a day back.
1) I am not able to switch on the WiFi. Only LAN option is shown.
2) screen freezes after use of abt 20min and most times while shutting down.

I have re installed and the same issues re appear,
I have tried upgrading to 4.1 kernel but that version of ubuntu didnt boot and reported error at boot.

Hi,
please run the following command in a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) and paster the result back here
lspci -nnk
