Hi,
I guess you're hitting this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1435681
For now, this firmware is still not available on Ubuntu, please check Jesse Sung and Pilot6's comment in that bug for workarounds.

However, from your lsusb output, I can't see any possible Bluetooth device from it.
Maybe you will need to double check the hardware status first.
