how to install ubuntu 14.04 on hp dl60 gen9.
becoause i always failed, can't create boot disk and can't create grub

Jeff Lane suggests this article as an answer to your question. Additionally, you may need special drivers if you're using HPDSA RAID. HPDSA is currently supported via installations done using MAAS, however, I am not sure of the process for getting the driver and installing manually.
