Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 3521 - OAK 15 Intel (Value)

When i purchased they never gave me DVD / CD of Ubuntu nor installed in my Laptop at that time i was not aware of this OS, now i tried to install by downloading ubuntu-15.04-desktop-amd64.iso or ubuntu-15.04-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent in my laptop it is not opening it is asking for CD burn Drive.
Please let me known how to download OS Ubuntu directly to my Laptop from the website, my Laptop is Dell Inspiron 3521
