I have IBM x3100 m4 and i have trey to install Ubuntu server 12.04 LTS. installation done successfully. but when system start so OS not found.

whats there issu

Hi,

Please check that faq for some good venues for getting specific technical support for your problems installing on that system.

As a hint, if you happen to be using onboard SATA raid, it is likely that is the problem as those types of RAID devices tend to not work very well with Linux as they are very driver dependent for RAID support.

Try turning off any onboard RAID and re-install.
If you MUST use RAID, try either setting up Software RAID during the install, or adding a hardware RAID card to control your onboard hard disks.
