Feedback on the Dell PowerEdge R730

Installation went fine !! When the system was rebooted, we encountered an Hardware Error. The Error details is provided below.

When I tried rebooting the system in recovery mode I was able to get to the desktop. But still it is too slow and graphics display is poor.
