Hi,
please try to install proprietary drivers from the "Additional Driver" tool (it could be found from your dash, press the windows key to bring it up), if there is no driver available, or it's still not working after installing the wireless driver, maybe it's not supported (in this case it might be a Broadcom chip, please paste the output of "lsusb" command from your terminal)
