White display - Dell Precision Tower 7910 - Avalon + NVS 315

Ubuntu 12.04.5 version used, on Dell workstation T7910

Unable to re-install Ubuntu after it has crashed on Nvs - 315 graphics card.

get White blank screen .

Quite poor response this is, didn't expect from Ubuntu , especially certification team.

Hi,
this looks like a bug, I'm not quite sure you see the white blank screen during the installation stage or after it crashes on your 12.04.5.
If you see the white blank screen during the installation stage, probably it's because this card is not supported by the open-source driver. In this case, I would suggest you to give the newer version a try.

And if it crashed during your daily use, it will be better to open a bug for it.
