Fake support ubunutu on Dell Inspiron 3441

I buy Dell Inspiron 3441 becouse its sertificated by Ubuntu. But ITS FAKE.
1. pre installed system 12.04 is very slow, not good working with new amd integrated video card.
2. pre installed system 12.04 Not working with 2nd amd video card. Opensource Drivers its not working. AMD drivers is working falf, only 2nd card, integrated is black screen.
3. UEFI Ubuntu 14.04 Same problem, new amd drivers not work with integrated card, its blacksreen.

Dell 3441 Have AMD/AMD hybrid graphics. Ubuntu not working with that. Can not find any solution, even hacks.

Ubuntu normal have 50% works only with intel/AMD hybrid graphics.

SO ITS FAKE SERTIFICATED BY UBUNTU.

P.S.
Now i can not chage my laptop for normal laptop with ubuntu. Seller says is sertificated by ubuntu co, so its not problem of laptop.
