Feedback on the Dell Vostro V131

Hello, my fingerprint reader is not working. It only worked when i had preinstalled ubuntu on it. Now i have reinstalled ubuntu, and my fpreader is gone. And by the way i can not find anywere image, that was preinstalled on my system.
