the audio driver is not fuctioning well, i tried using a softphone and the audio and mic is really bad.

do we have a solution for this.

i think its the driver.

Hi eugene,
we will need more information about this, please attach the output of "uname -a", "lsb_release -a" and run the alsa-info script (which could be downloaded from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo) from your terminal (ctrl + alt + t)
