Question about Replicate flow

Learned from the following link can do some operation about replicate on the CLI command line. But in the latest environment which is set up by devstack , these related commands are not found. Why? How to invoke the replicate process in OpenStack?

I found the answer.Can use parameter(--os-volume-api-version 2) to obtain related commands.
