Is an Ubuntu ISO available for the Dell Vostro 3546?

I have a Dell Vostro 3546 machine with Ubuntu (12.04) pre-installed. Recently this went wrong and refused to start. Despite various attempts to fix it, I am stuck with a machine that does not load. Finally in desperation, I have installed Linux Mint 13 (which is based on Ubuntu 12.04). But I have found that there are several hardware issues (no touchpad, no sound etc). If there is somewhere that I can download the orginal factory .iso for this machine, that would be very helpful. If this is the wrong place to ask this question, then please point me in the right direction.

Hi, Mark,

please contact the OEM (which in your case is Dell) to ask them to provide the pre-installed image to you.
