Feedback on the HP Pavilion 14 Notebook PC

Hello,

HP Pavilion 14 Notebook PC is a certified PC however I need more details to buy this computer.
If I go into details with, for example, HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-n220ed, the cpu type is "4200U", apparently not the right one.

Can you please provide for more details ?

Hello Emiel,
I would encourage you to contact the hardware vendor or HP directly, ask for a Ubuntu pre-installed version.
Or ask them if they have one with the same spec (if you want to install Ubuntu by yourself, don't forget to select the "Certified for Ubuntu" model, which is the one with an Ubuntu orange mark on the certification site.)

But note that there is a possibilty that the model is not available in your region (see https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-certification/+faq/1717)

Personally I would say if the CPU is the only different component, it might work with the version it got certified with.
