Hello both,

Can you help me to check some more information on this problem?

1. Checking the iso integrity before burn into a usb flashdrive:

Please download the image again from here:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.04/ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso

To check, open a terminal and go to the iso directory:
$ cd ~/Downloads
$ md5sum ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso

The output should be exactly the same as this string: dccff28314d9ae4ed262cfc6f35e5153

2. Booting live USB with legacy BIOS,
it's a bit hard to explain how to do this in text only,
please let me know if you are not able to tell it's a UEFI in a Legacy BIOS mode.

Ad1) md5sum is correct

Ad2) both legacy and UEFI were tested, both crashed during boot of install ISO image from USB or DVD

if you are happen able to switch it to console mode, you may try following command and save system logs and report them later.
