When I try to download the ISO per link on the page I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /releases/precise/ubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at old-releases.ubuntu.com Port 80

The problem is not with the link itself, but with the server containing old images.

The Ubuntu team is working on this and should be fixed soon.
