I cannot download 12.04 LTE version for this laptop from your site, it says error, page doesn't exists.

I presumed you are asking about LTS, Long Term Support,
if you don't mind, there is a upgrade version of 12.04 LTS,
and please try download from this link instead:

http://releases.ubuntu.com/precise/ubuntu-12.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso

although the iso url on certification website had not been fixed yet, the correct url had been posted into comment.
