Feedback on the Dell PowerEdge T310

Ubuntu 12.04 server amd64 failed to boot on T310, droped into initramfs.

Steps:
1. Clean install
2. Patitioning Methond: Guided - use entire disk and setup lvm
3. install OpenSSH Sever, LAMP Server and Samba
4. Reboot
5. Grub is OK
6. Infinite black screen

7. CRL+ALT+DELTE to reboot
8. Grub is OK
9 Boot failure, drop into initramfs.

Add rootdelay=60 in grub configuration fixed this issue
