Feedback on the IBM x3650 M2

Hi I am Carlos I have a Ibm x3650 m2
mtm:7947-ac1
sn:KQVBVKG
PRODUCT ID:794784U
i DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED IN A USB KEY THE IMAGE OF UBUNTU -10.04.4-SERVER-AMD64 AND UBUNTU-11.10-SERVER-AMD64 THE 2 IMAGES DONT WORK. Dont get me wrong they sart but they stop after I get back to install (select and install sofware).
I got the real enchilada (harware) so somebody is selling me a pina colada(ubuntu sofware). jocks a side please find a solution to my problem ( or yours).

Ps I have ried several usb keys and got the same result so is no a usb key related problem I have downloaded several times the iso images of your ubuntu server in diferents pc and still the same problem. I have use different linux to usb key installers and still the same probles so if have to be you.

the basic installation works is only that I want de ubuntu desktop I am not a terminal guru user I want the easy graphic interface. It could be I am duing something wrong but I dont get it.
I choose the shh, the virtual machine, and the ubunto desktop installations but dont work

I have burned the iso images in a external dvd and still dont work.

Can you provide more information on the hardware in your x3650M2? And does it break at a certain package during install, or just in general?
