hi could you tell me if ubuntu server 12.04 is already compatible with hp proliant server dl585 Opteron Twelve-Core or when it will be available?
very urgent my customer is going to close the deal

DL585 Gen8 paltform is not officialy supported by HP on Ubuntu OS. But minimum OS install on this platform should be 12.04.1 and no certification was issued because of non official support by HP. If client is looking for certification of precise on this platform then please talk to Canonical sales team or send me an email <email address hidden> to follow up seperately.
