I need an preinstalled ubuntu os which is installed in dell vostro-1015

I erased the preinstalled ubuntu and installed windows and now i needed ubuntu
but when i installed standard image of ubuntu i faced many problems like bluetooth hardware doesn't switch on
so i needed an preinstalled ubuntu os developed by dell and coanical partners so tell me where can i get it

when i downloaded an ubuntu os from the dell website ftp.dekk.com/OS/ and downloaded ubuntu iso file the system got struck and failed to install so i need correct image of the preinstalled ubuntu image

First, please ensure your 1015 has the same hardware components as the 1015 that is certified:

Second, I assume you meant ftp.dell.com, not ftp.dekk.com. Dekk.com is most definitely NOT a Dell website.

Finally, that system has an odd history. It is certified for a Pre-install 10.04 LTS image, however, I have no idea if either of those 10.04 images on ftp.dell.com/OS are the correct ones.

Each system generally gets its own custom image, depending on hardware installed, so those images could well be for Inspirons, rather than Vostros.

The 1015 IS certified (again, see the link above for hardware components) for 12.04 LTS. Perhaps you could try that instead?
