Feedback on the HP Z210 Workstation

1. I can't only see the front speaker from the "Sound Settings ..."
2. Even I plug the headset to the front panel. I can hear the sound from both the headset and the front speaker. It doesn't mute the speaker.

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
