Feedback on the Dell Latitude E6410

Asked by Jaime Kilpatrick

The information contained in the link http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201001-5167 is inaccurate. I contacted Dell to obtain the "specialized" Ubuntu release and they claimed it doesn't exist. They claim to have no images, ISO's, disks, or anything relating to Ubuntu. If there are additional drivers or an ISO image, can I get some information that will direct me to it? Maybe contacting support isn't the best option to obtain said software. Is there contact information over at Dell that would lead me to what I'm looking for. AKA a stable release of Ubuntu on my laptop with most if not all hardware features available?
