Thanks for providing your feedback about this particular model. The Dell Vostro 3700 comes in many variations, yours seems to contain an nVidia video card whereas the one certified contains an Intel one. Unfortunately, there is currently no way for you to know from looking at the website.

the Problem is that the nvidea Card not Working, an so you can't use der HDMI output

This system with the Nvidia graphics part is not certified. We are doing work on our website to make this clearer
