Calendar app sync doesn't show all appointments

After syncing the calendar app shows all my appointments in Agenda view, but some don't show in Day view or Week view. I've tried syncing multiple times but to no avail.

I'm sorry to say that I've had to uninstall the calendar app. It is frankly unreliable in syncing with my gmail calendar, in my experience. Some things show in the app which have been deleted from gmail and many things do not show up in the calendar app which should because they are in gmail.

I now have to rely on the gmail online calendar, but the area where I live means that is frequently unavailable because the mobile signal isn't good enough and it isn't available off line.
