What is the appropriate way to report a bug affecting official Ubuntu IRC channels?

Should bugs affecting official Ubuntu IRC channels be reported on Launchpad? If so, what package (if any) should they be marked as affecting? If not, how should they be reported?

(I am not talking about reporting bugs affecting the *software* that is used to access or operate IRC channels, but rather problems in the way one or more of the channels and/or their bots are configured.)

Thanks, that seems to indeed be the correct project. (I'd been thinking that it was some package in the Ubuntu project itself...which now I realize was silly.)

For the Ubuntu IRC bots (ubottu, lubotu*, ubot*, etc), https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-bots
If you want to report a bug about the actual channels, not the bots, you can use https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-community and assign the bug to ~ubuntu-irc-council
