Improve readabilty and usability on Ubuntu Touch phones

Asked by danilo

Hello All,
i would like to push under your focus the following:

I'm a Ubuntu phone user from around one month and i love it very much.
for sure there are many more important issues/bugs and other security issue to solve, before this one, but I'm feeling really unconfortable (triing to) reading the screen infos.

Indeed the coupling of "Light grey" chars and "milky porcellain white" (too much awfully apple style) background was for sure a modern fashion selection, but for sure not the best for readability and usability for people, like me, who is near to be 50 and with not 100% eyes capability.
also the chars size is really small according to the available spaces in the smartphone screens (personally I own a BQ E5 , but also a E4.5 is not so small) . Personally I don't understand at all, the amount of free unused space vs the small amount used for the info delivery. for sure there should be a forecasted use of this currently unused space for future features, but right now this is the feeling it brings.

I hope, kindly ask (and warmly suggest) to put in the next improvement schedule what as follow:
-add possibility to select the char body size (accessibilty user settings pad)
-add possibility to select high contrast chars/background ratio (same as above). default bold option could be a plus.
- increase chats (SMS Texts as well as Telegram) chars size and, moreover, to select a better contrast ratio (white on light green b/ground.... :-((( - and take in account that green is my favourite color :-))) - ).
- in the ongoing call screen put the name of the called person in an increased size &/or bold style.

Thanks a lot for your time.

Regards and THanks all of You, for your great job.
