you don't need an administrator to do that.

go to you page (just click on your name on top left page)
click to change details
finally click on the link on the bottom.

if you want to delete your account to have a new one with new name or other details: no need, just after click to change details you can do that.

qabbis, also, this is about the (now defunct) website Ubuntero.org, not about Ubuntu or Launchpad themselves. Let me know if you think there's anything else specific to Ubuntero.org that you need (but there's no account information anymore for our site).
