which uberwriter

Asked by isomorphismes

I typed `which uberwriter` after installing and got nothing. On `dpkg -l` uberwriter shows up. If I type `uberwriter` nothing executes. Where is `uberwriter` binary stored?

Hi Lors,

that was an requirement by Ubuntu.

The folder with the program is in /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/uberwriter/ and the executable is in /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/uberwriter/bin/

Adding that to your path should make it work.

echo "export PATH=\$PATH:/opt/extras.ubuntu.com/uberwriter/bin" >> ~/.bashrc

Cheers,

Wolf
