How to switch spellchecking to Russian or any non-English lang?

How to switch spellchecking to Russian? My gEdit is enabled to check russian orphography, but UberWriter looks like English-only.

Open UberWriter and then right click on an empty area. Then from the menu you get, go and click on:

    Languages -> Russian (Russian Federation)

That’s it.

My system has English as default language. But I do write in Spanish and French sometimes. There is no option to change to any of this languages using a right click on an empty area, just English and some variations of it.
Am I missing something?

Hi Fernando,

no you are not missing anything.

If you want another language supported by your spellchecker, just install either hunspell-* whatever your language is (you find them in the software center) or an alternative is aspell, also offers a wide range of dictionaries.

After a restart of uberwriter they should be selectable.
