What license is txZookeper relesed under?

The main web page for txZookeper says that it uses the GPLv3 license, but a quick look at the setup.py file reveals it's under the MIT license (same as Twisted). I've released other Twisted ports of Apache projects (e.g. txAMQP, txThrift, txAvro) under the Apache license to ease their inclusion upstream (txThrift is already in Thrift and txAvro is on its way), but the ASF is reluctant to include anything that's GPL.
