Kodi Activity detector

Hello,

I wanted to know if you're accepting new contributions to this project... I added a Kodi/XBMC activity detector... It uses the JSON RPC API in Kodi to check for active player and also checks for UI input. It's currently set to wait for no active players and 10 minutes of no UI input before reporting idle.

Yes. It needs a new maintainer though. I don't use it anymore nor have a system to test it in.

I see... Well, it seems to work for me and so far seems useful. I am willing to maintain it. Let me know if that works for you.

Looks good Pekka. I was able to push a feature branch. I may do a little cleanup before I merge back to trunk.
