Ubuntu Jaunty Doesn't Show Up in Synaptic

Forgive me being a Noob, but I followed the instructions to use the prebuilt packages in 9.04 (including getting the authentication key), and in spite of reloading, none of the programs show up in Synaptic: tpfand, tpfand-profiles and tpfan-admin

Any help would be appreciated.
