Any way to control the fan spin speed?

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but seems that tp-fan only control the on/off of the fan.
Is there any way to control the spin speed also?
Something like at certain temperature that spin speed (low), if temperature still rise to something bigger, then this other spin speed (higher).
