Hi
is there a profil for a Thinkpad X301? Using Ubuntu 8.10.
If I want to create my own profile where do I put it?
I tried several places but always "The generic profile is used because no fan profile is available for your notebook"

You can put your own profiles in /usr/share/tpfand/models/by-id/

The message "The generic profile is used because no fan profile is available for your notebook" appeared sometime altough a specific profile was used. This problem was fixed in tpfand 0.94.
